HOW OUR LOST & FOUND PROCESS WORKS

If a guest has forgotten an item during their stay, they should complete a form with their name, email address, phone number, and a description of the item. The team will review the inquiry and reply by email.

Lost items are stored for up to 30 days. Unclaimed valuables may be transferred to the local police after that, while other items will be disposed of. Food and beverages are discarded immediately. Guests are responsible for any shipping costs for returned items.
